Survived by his children, Suzanne Spell Foltz of Nashville, Sherry Trinidad of Jackson, TN and Larry Small of San Diego, CA; granddaughters, Ashley Kate Foltz, Anna Trinidad and Cherlyn Bernal; sisters, Shirley Trinkler and Mary Cook of Nashville; brother, William Spell of FL; nieces, Tina Cowlyn of Nashville, Elizabeth Mills and Emily McDaniel of FL; nephews, Owen Trinkler, Erik Miller and Cai Cowlyn of Nashville. A Memorial service will be held 11:30 a.m. Saturday, October 9, 2010 in the Dogwood Room at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home.
