Survived by his loving wife, Deborah Brock Hayes; daughter, Melissa (Kyle) Chamberlain and son, Kevin Hayes; sisters, Shirley Broyles and Mary Howard; brother, Richard (Kay) Hayes; cousin, Ruby (Carl) Ethridge; brother-in-law, Roy (Audrey) Brock; grandchildren, Peyton, Preslee, Hayle, Colby, Austin and Kylee.

Celebration of Life Service will be on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at one o’clock in the afternoon, Woodlawn’s Dignity Hall.

Gathering of family and friends, Wednesday from four until eight o’clock in the afternoon, and two hours prior to the service on Thursday at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home.
