Ramon Arturo Maldonado

Ramon A. Maldonado, 77, passed away on February 24th 2017 at Scripps Mercy Hospital in Chula Vista, CA. His viewing service will be held this Friday March 3rd 2017 from 5pm-11pm at National City-Chula Vista Mortuary National City, CA 91950. His interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery, date to be announced.

Mr. Maldonado was born on August 31, 1939 in Nogales, Sonora Mexico to Inez and Isidro Maldonado. Despite his vision Mr. Maldonado worked for Familian Pipe Supply Company for 15 years in Wilmington, CA. He had four children, and soon after having to retire from Familian Pipe Supply Company he moved his family from Buena Park, CA to San Diego, CA in 1978.

Mr. Maldonado was a baseball fan, and enjoyed listening to games on the radio. He also enjoyed gardening, and had a green thumb. He attended San Diego Mesa College to learn more about his hobby.

He is survived by his four children Ramon, Christina, Elizabeth, and Arturo; 15 grandchildren and 2 brothers and 1 sister.
