

Rosa Emma Rivas Lovato passed away peacefully on May 7, 2026, at the age of 86. She was born on September 2, 1939, in Azacualpa, Departamento de Chalatenango, El Salvador, and lived a life centered around family, love, strength, and faith.
Rosa was the foundation that held her family together. Her faith in our Lord God was strong, and she carried that faith throughout her life with love, resilience, and devotion to her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfonso Roger Lovato, who proudly served honorably in the United States Marine Corps during the Korean War, and passed away on July 18, 1982.
She also reunites in peace with her beloved children, twin daughters Maribel and Martha Silva, her son Eduardo Lovato, who proudly served in the United States Army during the Persian Gulf War, and her son Daniel Silva, who went missing many years ago and always remained in her heart.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Rosalva Lovato, 16 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, along with family and friends who will forever cherish her memory, love, and guidance.
She leaves behind a large and loving family whose lives were deeply touched by her love, strength and faith.
Rosa will be remembered for her strength, devotion to her family, and the lasting impact she made on those who knew and loved her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to share life with her.
Forever loved, forever missed.
