She was born in Pacoima on October 8th of 1939.
Rose graduated from Edison High School. She was Married to Santiago Benavides on May 14th of 1960. She was a housewife for 63 years. Her favorite things to do were to spend time with family, eating out, traveling, sooking and baking, and eating sweets. She was survived by Jimmy Benavides, 15 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and brothers Peter and Eddie.
