With heavy hearts, we said good-bye to our wife, mom, Gaga, and friend Darlene Sandra Molinski (nee Patton) who passed away on Tuesday July 28th at the age of 66 after an all too brief battle with cancer.
Darlene lived for the communities that she built around her, whether family, friends, co-workers, bowlers, pickle ballers, church go’ers, or otherwise. She was an exceptionally kind and caring woman, who would give every part of herself without hesitation to help support those around her. Darlene’s love of music, playing crib and other card games, and sports (her beloved Blue Bombers) are only a few of the interests that she will be dearly remembered for.
More than anything, Darlene loved to spend time with her family. Darlene is survived by her husband Ray Molinski, her children Marla (Justin) and Trevor (Shelley), and grand-daughters Kylyn, Paige, and Quinn.
The family thanks the staff of 8A palliative ward at St. Boniface Hospital for the exceptional care they gave Darlene, and support they extended to the family.
Due to current covid restrictions, the memorial service and reception will be by invite only.
