Dorothy and Doug,
I am so sorry to hear about your loss! I live in Louisville, and I miss information about my friends and their families. I have the best of memories of you both and of David. I guess Antony was a baby when I saw you last. It always hurts me when my former students and friends have to go through such hurtful situations that occur in our lives. I wish I had known this information in time to see you both. Please accept my sympathy and best wishes for you and your family. I am so glad that I got to know you, and I am so sad that you have had this loss.
Mr. Michael Newkirk

I've known Anthony since sophomore year of high school, I had transferred to floyd central from a Louisville school and He was the first person to actually accept me and help me know the new school and introduce me to people when I felt lost and didn't know anyone. Anthony was a best friend to me beyond any I'd ever had and he will forever hold a special place in my heart. I'm glad he's reunited with his sister Ashley now and I know without a doubt he's watching down on, continuously loving, and always protecting those two beautiful little girls of his. My heart will never forget you.

I'm Anthony's cousin and will always remember his imagination as a little kid. We went out west with the family and he had stories all the time. His life was too short. Sending love.

I have known Anthony since junior high school. We had a lot of great times together. I am going to miss him dearly. His spirit and his will to live were on display for the last few weeks as he was fighting for his life. He was so strong. He wasn't going to give up. He fought hard until the very end. I admire his strength and his will to live. There is no pain anymore man. May you rest in eternal peace buddy.

I served with Anthony at HHC 1CAB Fort Riley, KS. We deployed together in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Task Force Demon. Anthony had that special quality that made him a charismatic leader. This quality cant be taught in a book or a classroom. Anthony could always be counted on to accomplish any task or mission. His Soldiers admired him and he always assisted them in accomplishing their individual and organizational goals. I am honored to have had him in my life and to call him my brother. My thoughts and prayers go out to your family.

I've known Anthony since grade school. My son and Anthony have been long time friends. Anthony was an exceptional child. Always courteous and well mannered. I am so very sorry and my heart aches for his loved ones. I know this world feels a little more empty with his passing. Sleep in glorious peace dear Anthony. We all honor you and your service. My deepest and most heart felt condolences to his family. You all are in my thoughts and prayers
