Betty Jean Doll Crask

Betty Jean (Doll) Crask, 88 years of age went home to be with her Lord on Saturday October 14, 2017 with her family at her side. Betty was born May 28, 1929 in Louisville, KY to the late George and Catherine (Volclair) Doll, and was the widow of Chester Crask who died in 2008. She was an accomplished artist and a devoted student of John Michael Carter. She was a longtime member of Portland Avenue Presbyterian Church in Louisville. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Riverview Village Nursing Home and Kindred Hospice for their attention and wonderful care provided to their mother.

Survivors include three daughters, Sharon Hogue (Tom), Donna Crask, and Cathy Crask; five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm Thursday October 19th, and after 9:00 am Friday October 20th, at Kraft Funeral Service 708 E. Spring St. in New Albany, Indiana. Her Funeral Service will be celebrated at 11:00 am Friday October 20th, at the Kraft Spring St. Chapel. Private burial will be at Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
