Chuck was born on March, 9, 1973 in New Albany, Indiana. Chuck was the son of Charles E. Douglas Sr. and Sandra (Long) Flener.
Chuck was preceded in death by his father, Charles E. Douglas Sr., and his niece, Sandra Douglas.
Chuck is survived by his children, Samantha Gieseler and Cameron Douglas; his beloved dog, Moose; his two siblings, Elizabeth "Beth" King and Christy (Billy) Smith; and nieces and nephews, Chanze, Braxton, Ramon, Gavin, Summerbelle, Kassidy, Marcus, Annielizabeth, Callen, Marley, and Malia; and best friend, Uncle Jeff.
The family has chosen cremation and a graveside service will be scheduled at a later date.
