Charles E. Watson Sr.

Charles E. Watson Sr. 86 years of age , died Wednesday May 30, 2018. He was born April 22, 1932 in Monroe, MI. to the late Harry A. and Anna Jane (Petry) Watson and was the widower of his wife Wanda Darlene (Richards) Watson. Charles was retired from the old International Harvester Company and was a proud U.S. Navy Veteran. He was a member of the American Legion and V.F.W. as well as a member of Graceland Baptist Church. After his retirement he spent his time as a handyman with people and completing many jobs for many businesses and people. Survivors include: Six children; Charles E. Watson Jr.(Rhonda), Timothy E. Watson(Michelle), Brian E. Watson, Robbie J. Watson, Teresa A. Watson, and Melissa R. Watson(Clint). Also surviving are 6 Grandchildren and 2 Greatgrandchildren, one sister Joyce McCracken and several nieces and nephews. Visitation 10:00 am until 2:00 pm Saturday June 2nd, at Kraft Funeral Service 2776 Charlestown Rd., New Albany, Indiana. Funeral Service with Military Honors 2:00 pm Saturday June 2nd, in the Kraft Charlestown Rd. Chapel. Private Burial will be in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park.
