Charlotte L. King Brown, 93 years of age died Wednesday September 10, 2014. Charlotte was born November 23, 1920 in New Albany, IN to the late William and Jessie (Clark) King. She was a long time resident of New Albany and was the widow of Thomas Brown who died in August of 2008. Charlotte will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by her family and all who knew her.
Survivors include her daughters, Lynn Letton, Sandra L. Jones and husband Winton, Carol Murdock; grandchildren, Tim, Christopher, Nikki, Dennis and Kimberly; 7 great grandchildren.
Reception of Family and Friends will be 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm Monday September 15, 2014 at Kraft Funeral Service, 708 E. Spring Street, New Albany, Indiana. Her Memorial Service will be 2:00 pm Monday with Pastor Anthony Toran presiding at the Kraft Spring St. Chapel with burial to follow at Westhaven Cemetery in New Albany, Indiana.
