Derek Landon Manaugh

Derek Landon Manaugh, age 38, of Sellersburg, Indiana passed away on Sunday November 14, 2021. He was born January 16, 1983 in Madison, IN. Derek was a graduate of Shawe Memorial High School in Madison where he was an outstanding baseball player, pitching the entire game for the state tournament at Victory Field in May 2001. He was also the catcher on the state championship American Legion baseball team that went to the Nationals in 2000. Derek was currently an employee of North American Stainless in Carrollton, KY. He enjoyed, grilling ,watching all sports, especially the Hoosiers, Colts, and the Reds, and he was always so much fun to be around and was the life of the party. Derek is survived by his wife, Anastasia, children, Landon and Emery, parents, Randy and Barb Manaugh, sister, Mandy Tilley (Brandon), nephew, Carter, and a niece, Kaityn. Visitation for Derek will be held Wednesday, November 17, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Rd., New Albany, IN. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at 7:00 PM at Kraft Funeral Chapel, 2776 Charlestown Rd., New Albany, IN.
