Diana C. ( Cunningham) Blake, 65 years of age died Friday July 1, 2016 at Floyd Memorial Hospital with her family by her side. She was born September 20, 1950 in Louisville, KY. to the late Claude F. and Mary E. (Cox) Cunningham. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings; Sonny and Jimmie Cunningham and Wilma Gresham. Diana will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by her family and all who knew her.
Survivors include: Husband of 52 years: Edwin Blake Jr.
Two Sons: Bill Blake (Colleen), and Edwin Blake III (Delana)
Six Grandchildren: Clarissa, Deborah, Amber, Tyler, Edwin IV. and Morgan.
Siblings: Edward, Donnie (Carrie), Mike (Becky) Cunningham and Mona Torres (Roy).
Also Surviving are many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm Tuesday July 5th, at Kraft Funeral Service, 708 E. Spring St., New Albany, Indiana. Her Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday July 5th, with burial to follow at Penn Run Memorial Park in Louisville, KY.
