Elaine retired from the old Bremner Biscuit Co. in Louisville after 30 years. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Robert William Thompson and Troy Hampton; and son, Terry Lee Thompson.
Survivors include children, Robert Thompson of Louisville, Brenda Thompson (Terry) of Richardson, TX, Debbie Armstrong (Brian) of Six Mile, SC and Patty Russell (William) of Spencer, TN; sister, Mary Garrett (Buck) of Georgetown, IN; 11 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Wednesday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, IN. Her funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Kraft Funeral Chapel with entombment in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park.
