Ernest Ray Brown Sr., 74, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, April 14, 2022 at Norton Healthcare. Ernest was born April 30, 1947 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Elmore Brown Jr. and Corrine Fawbush Brown. He was retired from General Electric and was a member of Blue River Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a granddaughter, Emma Brown.
Ernest is survived by three children, Daniel (Debbie) Brown, Ernest (Shelly) Brown Jr. and Jennifer (Steve Stone) Heintz; bonus children, Bryant Billharz and Wesley Linne; grandchildren, Grant Brown, Josh McKinley, Adrianna Heintz, Alexandria Heintz, Avery Stone, Ezaia Brown and Vera Billharz; two great grandchildren; siblings, Ronnie (Barbara) Brown, Robert (Connie) Brown, Steve Brown, Mark Brown, Janet Neal and Linda Weathers; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana 47150.
Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at the funeral home with entombment to follow in Kraft Graceland Memorial Gardens.
