Francis "Frank" Xavier Maguire, age 63, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 17, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. He was born on December 9, 1961, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to the late Paul P. Maguire and Anita D. Kent Maguire. Frank lived a life defined by integrity, service, and deep devotion to family and country. He was a proud retired Lt. Colonel of the United States Army National Guard and was a member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his first wife, Chong Hui Maguire.
His greatest joy came from his time spent with his beloved wife, Mia Maguire. He is also survived by two sons, Paul T. Maguire (Angelica) and Jerry W. Maguire; two step daughters, Mary Gail McCubbins (Justin) and Samantha Adams; six grandchildren, Rachel, Jesse, Lilly, Lucy, Avery and Liam; three brothers, Walter Maguire (Christina), Larry Maguire (Christine) and Paul Joseph Maguire (Iris); an aunt, Sister Gerry Kent S,S,J; a nephew, Dillon; two nieces, Sydney and Margaretta
A Celebration of Frank's life will be conducted at 1:30 pm on Saturday, August 2, 2025 at St. Thomas Episcopal Church, 9616 Westport Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40241. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.
