Frank was married to Teresa Ann Bierly on June 24, 1972. He spent over 30 years as a pipefitter with UA Local 502.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Joseph Earl.
Frank is survived by his wife, Teresa Earl; his daughter, Tricia Byrd and her husband, Jason Byrd; their children Griffin and Vivian Byrd; his son, Josh Earl; a brother, Thomas Earl; and sisters Mary Pat Atwood and Janice Earl.
