Jeffrey Dale Tyler, age 60 passed away on Wednesday, June 18, 2025. Jeff was born on May 29, 1965, in New Albany, Indiana to the late Larry B. Tyler and Shirley Tennant. Jeff was a longtime employee, friend, and colleague at Dean Foods until their closure. Afterwards, he found a new work family at Kemper Foods. Outside of work, Jeff loved Indiana University basketball, crewing the Dean Foods hot air balloon, building halloween displays, playing board games with his family, and spending time with his dogs.
Jeff is preceded in death by his parents.
Jeff is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Barbara (Kay) Tyler; his step dad, Frank Tennant; his children, Douglas (Gabby) Tyler, Miranda Tyler, Patrick Tyler, and Kelly Welford; his loving grandchildren, David and Caleb; and extended family and friends.
Jeff's wishes were to be cremated with a Memorial Service to be held at a later date.
