Joseph Damon Hildreth, 40 years of age passed away Friday, February 5, 2016. He was born February 17, 1975 in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina and lived most of his life in Hastings, Michigan. Damon graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1999 with a bachelors degree in marketing and later received his masters in business administration from Indiana University Southeast. He was a former sales associate for Clear Channel Radio and former board member of the Epilepsy Foundation of Kentuckiana.
Survivors include his wife, Jyl Gable Hildreth; children, Carsyn, Jack, and Kendyl Hildreth; father, Joseph Thomas Hildreth; mother, Dianne Kay (Strong) Hildreth; brother, William Thomas Hildreth; grandmother, Evelyn (Thomas) Hildreth.
Visitation will be from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm Monday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. His Funeral Service will be 10:00 am Tuesday at St. Mark’s United Church of Christ, 222 E. Spring Street, New Albany, Indiana with entombment to follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park.
