Joseph "Jody" M. Hall

Joseph M. "Jody" Hall, 72 years of age, died Saturday, January 4, 2020. He was born February 24, 1947 and was retired from the old Gamble Brothers Mfg. Company in Louisville, Kentucky. Jody was a United States Army Veteran and served as the Quartermaster at the VFW Floyd County Post #3281 in New Albany for over 25 years. Survivors include his wife, Vanessa (Linton) Hall; three children, Joseph Hall Jr. (Tina), Marc Hall, and Stacie Koch (Bill); two stepchildren, Robert Portman Jr., Michael Portman; ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren Visitation will be Wednesday, January 8, 2020 from 11:00 am until 6:00 pm at Kraft Funeral Service, 708 E. Spring Street, New Albany, Indiana. His Funeral Service will be held with Full Military Honors at 6:00 pm Wednesday in the Kraft Spring St. Chapel with cremation to follow. Burial will be in New Albany National Cemetery at a later date.
