John old friend, Ruth and I are so very sorry for your loss.  I remember all the time we had in band back at NAHS.  Lori was a wonderful person and an excellent teacher and a loving person with a true passion for music.  If you need anything, I don’t care what it is, just drop me an email. I worked with Lori on spring musicals playing the viola. Her dedication to the productions and her students was truly an inspiration for me. I will keep John and her family in my prayers. 

To John, Courtney & Family, 
I am so saddened by my cousin Lori's passing. I always admired her tremendous strength! She fought long and hard and is now reunited with her mother and father. I will miss her, even though I didn't get to see her often I always considered her the strongest person i've ever known. My thoughts and prayers are with you both and your families. I wish I could have been there for the service but was not able to make it in from South Carolina.

I am so sorry for your loss. I hadn't seen Lori since she left Providence.  My first year at Providence was the year Courtney was born and Lori and I had the same plan period. I came to know her during those days and also during the many years I worked with the Spring Musical. I can still see Lori walking into the gym with little Courtney - holding her hand and staying right next to her mother's side. Lori was kind, hard-working and tenacious. She inspired many students during her years at Providence.

I had the privilege of meeting Lori at Providence during the  Spring Musicals. I was one of the orchestra members for many Spring Musicals and '85 alumni of PHS. 
She was a great person who showed a lot of compassion of what she loved to do.

John, my heart goes out to you , Courtney and the grandchildren!  I have too many moments  of Lori to share here.  But the squeek of delight as she rode space mountain at disney next to me is quite memorable! I got off in pain from being tossed about and Lori just giggled! I loved her and loved working with her! She has always been my model for  endurance, strength and will, what a woman and you were a true husband of christ. In sickness and in health. You lived it all with Lori. There is a place in heaven for you too! Hugs to you both.
