Mildred “Millie” L. Lamb 69 years of age died Wednesday, April 06, 2011 at Floyd Memorial Hospital in New Albany. Millie was a native of New Albany, a waitress for 15 years at the old Yankee Doodle Restaurant in New Albany, and also worked for over 11 years at Lincoln Hills Nursing Home in New Albany
Survivors include her children, Walter Smith of Georgetown, Virginia Miller of New Albany, Michael Smith of New Albany, Melissa Donan of New Albany; father Walter McCauley of New Albany; sisters Carolynn Grangier and Betty Henderson of New Albany
Numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren
Visitation will be from 12:00 pm until 4:00 pm Saturday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana with private family burial to follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany.
