Milton Arthur Lamm

A memorial service for Milton Arthur Lamm, 89, of New Albany, will be at 7 p.m. Thursday, June 27, at Kraft Funeral Service, Spring Street Chapel, New Albany. He died Monday, June 24, 2013. The son of Ray and May Lamm, he was born in 1924 in New Albany. He was a World War II Army veteran where he earned the Bronze and Silver Stars. He wrestled for and graduated from Indiana University. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Karem and the staff at Autumn Woods Health Campus. Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Jeanne Curry Lamm; daughters, Jane O’Connor and her husband, Bill, and Patty Zielinski and her husband, Dan; a son, Ray Lamm and his wife, Dodie; and six grandchildren. Visitation will be 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project or Kosair Childrens Hospital.
