Morris R. Biggs

Morris R. Biggs, 83, of New Albany, Indiana passed away April 25, 2021 at Baptist Health Floyd. He was born on April 10, 1938 in Memphis, Indiana to the late Raymond and Thelma Biggs. Morris was retired from American Synthetic Rubber and enjoyed spending time with his family, traveling and fishing. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by siblings, Michael Biggs, Keith Biggs and Phyllis Biggs Sheets. Morris is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Sharon Wright Biggs; a daughter, Dana Biggs; his fur baby, Star Baby, siblings, Kenneth Biggs, Janice Biggs Coats, Marilyn Biggs Coats; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm on Friday, April 30, 2021 at Kraft Funeral Service, 708 East Spring Street. Funeral Service will be at 1:30 pm on Friday, April 30, 2021 at the funeral home with burial to follow in Walnut Ridge Cemetery. Expression of sympathy are suggested to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
