Naomi Lee Darnell, 81 years of age died Monday, January 14, 2013 at Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville. She was born April 19, 1931 in Paoli, Indiana. Naomi retired from Clark Memorial Hospital after over 30 years of service and was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Beulah Marshall; brother, Marvin “Shorty” Marshall; sisters, Imogene Hammond and Kathleen Rush; great grandson, Brandon Roach.
Survivors include children, Amy Alexander of Borden, Beth Jones (Tommy) of Versailles, Kentucky, Stephen Darnell (Dee) of New Albany, Indiana; brother, Charles “Buddy” Marshall; sister, Brenda Crowder; grandchildren, Brad Roach, Johna Alexander, Michael Lewis, Amber Lewis, and Phoenix Jones; 2 great grandchildren
Visitation will be from 2:00 pm ~ 8:00 pm Friday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. Her Funeral Service will be 12:00 pm Saturday at the Kraft Funeral Chapel with burial to follow at Stampers Creek Cemetery in Orleans, Indiana
