Phyllis Ann Metcalf, 67 years of age, passed away on December 15, 2025. She was born August 10, 1958 to the late Lloyd and Zola Stroud. Phyllis is survived by her husband of 46 years, Jim Metcalf; children, James Metcalf III (Lindsay), Crystal Payne (Mike); sister, Donna Jones; grandchildren, Samanta Rose, Abbigayle Payne, Mikey Payne, Roman Metcalf.
