Richard A Carpenter, 69, of New Albany, Indiana passed away on Monday, April 17, 2023, at Rolling Hills Healthcare. He was born on May 15, 1953, in New Albany, Indiana to the late Allen and Eileen Carpenter. He was a retired carpenter.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister, Kendall South; and a brother, Kevin Carpenter.
Rick is survived by four children, Barbara Morgan, Leah Carpenter, Jason Morgan and Chris Carpenter; grandchildren, Xzavier Johnson, Jordan Carpenter and Tobin Carpenter; three great grandchildren; siblings, Mary Foster, Pamela Wilson, David Carpenter and Jeff Carpenter; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
