She was a retired teacher that belonged to California Science Teachers Association and Delta Kappa Gamma. She was also a member of the Ocean Conservancy, National Wildlife Association and the Sierra Club. When she was younger she was a member of Job's Daughters and Campfire Girl's.
She is survived by two children, Patti (Eddie) Midkiff and Paul (Helen) Bedell; five grandchildren, Sierra, Matthew, Briones, Adeline and Frank; and a brother, Eugene Koch.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, October 19, 2019 at Noon at Kraft Funeral Service, 708 East Spring Street. Family and friends will gather from 10-12 on Saturday at the funeral home.
