Tamera Pease, 37 years of age died Friday, December 2, 2011 at Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville, Indiana. She was born August 4, 1974 in Letcher County, Kentucky. Tamera was a veterinary technician and was a volunteer at numerous animal rescue shelters in the area. She was preceded in death by her sister, Shannon Marie Worden, and grandfather, Junior Pease.
Survivors include father and step-mother, Gary and Sheila Pease; mother and step-father, Merita and Shawn Worden; sisters, Stephanie Kalbaugh, Shawna Worden, Brittany Tribbey; dear friend, Ginny Leczo; step-sister, Jennifer Smith; step-brother, Jeremy Cimino; grandmothers, Betty Pease, Grace Cornett; grandfather, Bill Worden; 4 nieces and 1 nephew.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm ~ 9:00 pm Tuesday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. Her Funeral Service will be 10:00 am Wednesday in the Kraft Charlestown Road Chapel with burial to follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany, Indiana.
