Virginia L. Perkins

Virginia L. Perkins, 93, died Monday, January 14, 2013. She was born in Harrison County, IN on December 27, 1919. She is preceded in death by her husband, Norman Howerton Perkins, Sr. She retired from her career as an operator for Indiana Bell after 24 years, was a member of Southeast Christian Church Indiana Campus, and a former member of Main Street United Methodist Church.

Grandchildren: Darren and Troy Perkins, Richard Dunlap, Tahnee Miller, Angela Shaughnessy, Julie Shultz, Heather Burke, Cassie Lodwick, and Jessica and Cortney Perkins.

Visitation will be 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm Wednesday and after 9:00 am Thursday at Kraft Funeral Service, 708 E. Spring St., New Albany, IN. Her Funeral Service will be 11:00 am Thursday in the Kraft Spring Street Chapel with burial to follow in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany, IN.
