Wanda F. Biggs, age 76, of Jeffersonville, Indiana passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 10, 2025. She was born in Clark County on October 03, 1948, to the late William Ellsworth Biggs and Helen Elizabeth (Fox) Biggs. Wanda graduated from Clarksville High School and Indiana University with a degree in Special Education. She taught in Jefferson County, Kentucky at the Kentucky School for the Blind. Wanda enjoyed history, and was a member of a World War II study group.
A private burial will take place at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park.
