William "Bill" Henry Dye Jr., 78, passed away on February 10, 2026, in New Albany, Indiana. He was a long-time resident of Corydon, Indiana. Bill was born in Louisville, Kentucky, on June 9, 1947, to the late William Henry Dye Sr. and Clara (Felker) Dye.
Bill was a proud Vietnam veteran serving in the United States Army.
After graduating from the University of Kentucky, Bill had an extensive career from manufacturing to working for the U.S. Census Bureau.
Bill is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Janet (Flickner) Dye; his son, William George "Will" Dye; his brother, Robert "Bob" Dye (Barbara); and extended family and friends.
A visitation will be held at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana, on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
