Anthony E. Stefanski

Born in New Bedford, he was the son of Yvette A. (St. Germain) Soares and the late Donald L. Stefanski.

Tony had a longtime career as a fisherman for 42 years.

He was a motorcycle enthusiast who enjoyed riding with his sons. He enjoyed camping, skiing and looked forward to vacations. Most of all, he loved spending time with his children. Tony will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved him.

Surviving in addition to his mother are his children, Chad Stefanski of Acushnet, Zacharie Stefanski of Acushnet, Brendan Stefanski of New Bedford, Jadon Leonard of NC and Hayleigh Stefanski of Fall River; three sisters, Noelle Bradford and her husband Carl of Rochester, NH, Donna Stefanski of Acushnet and Robin Guidry of Acushnet; two grandchildren; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was the brother of the late Douglas P. Stefanski.

Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours on Sunday, February 19, 2023 from 2-6 p.m. at the Rock Funeral Home, 1285 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford. A Celebration of Life will follow the visitation at 6 p.m. at the Century House, 107 S. Main St., Acushnet.
