Born in New Bedford, a daughter of Maria Krouzek-Kelly of New Bedford, the late Edward Krouzek and Louis Kelly, she was a life-long resident New Bedford.
Deborah attended New Bedford High School. She loved music, especially Van Halen.
Besides her mother, she is survived by her daughter Makayla Manchester of New Bedford; her sister, Rachel Chase and her husband Jeffrey also of New Bedford; her nephew, Michael Kruzek; her niece, Kellie Chase and many beloved friends.
Her funeral and burial will be private and are in the care of the ROCK Funeral Home, New Bedford.
