Born in New Bedford, he was the son of the late James D. Allain and Debra (St. Don) Allain.
James loved fishing. He had a heart of gold, and he would take his shirt off his back to help those in need. Family was very important and he will be missed, as he was loved and cherished by many. Life will not be the same without him.
Survivors in addition to his loving mother Debra, is his brother, Jesse Allain, and his sister, Amy Allain; maternal grandparents; Pauline and Stanley Sivertsen; paternal grandparents; Mary and James Allain, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
