Jason Michael Pedro

Jason M. Pedro, 48, of Dartmouth, Massachusetts, passed away unexpectedly on March 23, 2026. Born on March 19, 1978, he was the proud and devoted father to his two sons, Noah J. and Logan M. Pedro, he was the beloved husband of Patricia (Romao) Pedro, with whom he shared 19 years of marriage and the loving son of Linda (Rapoza) Pedro.

Jason was the brother of Gregory Pedro; the son-in-law of Joaquim and Helena Romao; and the brother-in-law of Sonia Chisholm and her husband, Aaron, and Jessica Correia and her husband, Matthew. He was a cherished uncle to Cassidy, Ayden, Austin, Matthew “June,” Maxine, and Madelyn. He will also be remembered with love by many cousins, especially his very special cousin, Brian Rego. He was predeceased by his loving grandmother, Catherine Rapoza.

Jason will be remembered as a beloved, hardworking man whose life centered on the people he loved most. A lifelong Bengals fan who loved the football season and rooting for his team, Jason found genuine happiness in life’s simple, everyday moments—especially those spent with his family. His sons were his world, and he rarely missed an opportunity to be present at their sporting events. He enjoyed playing his PS5 with friends and was a true homebody at heart, happiest spending quiet time at home watching TV with Patricia and his boys.

His visitation will be held on Monday, March 30, 2026 from 4:00 to 7:00PM with a Funeral Service at 5:30PM in the Rock Funeral Home, 1285 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford, MA 02745. Relatives and friends are invited.
