Jeffrey Raymond Laberge

Jeffrey Raymond Laberge, age 34, passed away Thursday, September 15, 2016. He was the son of Mark Laberge of New Bedford and Michelle Randall of Fall River. Jeffrey was the grandson of the late Raymond and Gladys Laberge and Barbara Furtado and the late Luis Racine.

Jeffrey was born in Washington, DC and he lived most of his life in the south coast area. As a child he loved to write short stories, read books, and play with his dog Mufasa. Jeffrey was involved in the New Bedford Little League program and for a short time was involved with school theater productions. Throughout his life, Jeffrey became a New York Yankee’s fan, learned culinary skills, and worked on fishing boats. Jeffrey developed many lasting relationships with close friends.

In addition to his parents, survivors include: his step mother, Dalila Laberge of New Bedford, a sister: Kim Griffiths and her husband Jay of Lake Wales, FL and his three children: Jordan Gonsalves of New Bedford, Destanie Laberge of Worcester and Kylie Jenness of New Bedford.
