Jordan "JoJo" Roman

Jordan Roman, lovingly known as “JoJo,” 19, of New Bedford, Massachusetts, passed away Tuesday, April 29, 2025 in Saint Luke's Hospital. Born on October 20, 2005, in New Bedford, Jordan was the cherished son of Erick Roman and Stephanie Theodore.

A 2022 high school graduate, Jordan was known for his vibrant spirit, loyalty to family, and love of engines — whether it was dirt bikes, cars, or anything that roared to life. He had a passion for riding, and he always made time to dress sharply and express his unique style.

Jordan was the heart of his home — the man of the house — and carried that role with pride and care. He was deeply devoted to his family, especially his mom, and loved spending time surrounded by those closest to him. His presence brought joy, laughter, and comfort to all who knew him.

Jordan is survived by his loving parents, his siblings, Kylie Roman, Elle Roman, and Emma Roman; his maternal grandparents, Julie Tomwicz of New Bedford and Scott Theodore of Florida; and his paternal grandmother, Myriam Calderon. He also leaves behind many devoted uncles, aunts, and cousins. He is predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Gabriel Roman.
