

Born in New Bedford, he was the son of the late Raymond and Weronika (Bachta) Radziewicz.
Mr. Radziewicz served in the US Army during WWII. He worked as a factory worker at Shuttle Factory, Cape Cod Window Co., Atlas Tack and Knapp Shoe for many years retiring in 1981. He also had a booth at Brook Street Flea Market for many years.
He could be seen walking in New Bedford and Dartmouth with his “truck” shopping cart. Before his declining health, he would walk approximately six miles per day and had his steady “routes” on certain days.
He is survived by three daughters, Joan E. Swift and her husband Charles of East Freetown, Charlotte Fontaine and her husband R. Thomas of Dartmouth and Deborah L. Goncalves also of Dartmouth; seven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was also the brother of the late Alice King Nelson-Millikin and Helen Degagner and father in law of the late Silvino Goncalves.
