Patricia Gail Tracz

November 4, 2021, with her family at her bedside. She was the wife of the late Daniel E. Tracz.

Born in Acushnet, she was the daughter of the late James H. and Alice (Correia) Simmons, she was a

lifelong resident of the southcoast. Patricia was a graduate of New Bedford High School and was

employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant for 27 years, and worked at Royal of Fairhaven.

Patricia was a fun loving free spirit who always had a smile on her face. She was passionate about

helping others and dedicated most of her life to caring for other people. Patricia loved spending time

with her family and friends as well.

Patricia is survived by her daughter, Erica G. Sylvia and her husband Bryan of Rochester; her grandchild,

Aiden and several siblings and many nieces and nephews.
