He was born on August 24, 1939 to the late Rodolphe Mailloux and Lillianna Mathieu Mailloux. Paul grew-up and spent the majority of his life in New Bedford, Massachusetts. He attended Coyle and Cassidy High School in Taunton, Massachusetts. After high school he attend Boston College where he studied business administration and following that Paul severed one tour as a lieutenant in the United States Air Force. Upon returning home from the military, he worked at the Chevrolet Plant for a brief time and then 34 years for the Titleist Company in Fairhaven, Massachusetts.
Paul was survived by his wife, of 49 years, Claire S. Mailloux; daughter Kristine Mailloux; son Thomas Mailloux, and his wife Amy; son Brian Mailloux; and grandson Evan Mailloux.
When it came to Paul’s free time, he enjoyed attending church at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in New Bedford, Massachusetts. He also was an avid runner, enjoyed bowling, skiing, and bicycling. He was a member of the New Bedford Track Club.

Paul’s Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, January 11, 2021 at 10AM in St. Mary Church, Tarkiln Hill Road, New Bedford, MA 02745. Relatives and friends are invited.
