Rachel Jussaume

Born in New Bedford, a daughter of the late Eugene and Yvonne (Levasseaur) Pepin she lived most of her life in Acushnet. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Fatima Church.

Mrs. Jussaume was a homemaker. She was a wonderful and caring mother and she loved her pets.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by three sons, Ronald Jussaume of Acushnet, Mark Jussaume and his wife Diane of Easton, and Robert Jussaume and his wife Barbara of Temple City, CA; four grandchildren, Timothy, Andrew, Ryan, and Riley; a brother Raymond Pepin and his wife Dorothy of Acushnet; a sister, Lorraine Viera and her husband Edward of Mattapoisett; and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Cecile Robitaille, Claire Donth, and Paul Pepin.

Her funeral will be Monday, April 1, 2019 at 9 a.m. from the ROCK FUNERAL HOME, 1285 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of Fatima Church, 4256 Acushnet Ave., New Bedford. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Mt. Pleasant St., New Bedford.
