Born in New Bedford, he was the son of the late Joseph A. and Elizabeth (Bloomer) Landry.
Richard is survived by his brother, Robert “Bobby” Landry and his sister Jeanne Hughes, as well as several nieces and nephews and their children and grandchildren. He was predeceased by his brother Arthur A. Landry.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend Dicky’s funeral service on Friday, May 23, 2014 at 10 AM in the ROCK Funeral Home, 1285 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford. Burial will follow the service in Rural Cemetery.
Visitation, Friday 9-10 AM prior to the service.
