Born in Fall River, a daughter of the late Joseph L. and Mabel F. (Padelford) Clement she was a lifelong area resident.
Mrs. Payette is a 1969 graduate of Somerset High School and a graduate of Diman Vocational School of Nursing. She worked as a LPN starting her career in Pediatrics at St. Luke’s. Her true calling was helping the elderly. Rosemary devoted most of her career to working in various nursing facilities in the area. In her spare time, she enjoyed crocheting.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two children, Laurie Tisdelle and her husband Andy of E. Freetown and Greg Payette of Acushnet; a grandson, Tedy; two sisters, Christine Clement-Way and her husband Donald of Onset and Joan Aguiar and her husband Robert of Somerset; and her beloved dog, Chester.
