Stephen Bozek, age 97, of New Bedford passed away at St. Luke’s Hospital on Thursday, December 17, 2015. He was the husband of the late Irene C. (Charette) Bozek, and son of the late Ludwig and Victoria (Bill) Bozek.
Stephen was born in New Bedford and was a lifelong resident of the city. He earned his Associate’s Degree from BCC and was the Chief Engineer at My Bread Baking Company, prior to his retirement.
He was the brother of the late Rudolf Bozek, Wanda Kaczorowski and Jennie Adamowski. He is survived by several nieces and nephews.
After cremation, a memorial service will be held to celebrate his life. The details will be announced at a later date.
