Steve Cummings, Jr., age 61, passed away September 18, 2018 at his residence. Born in Chicago, he was the son of Steve Cummings and Lois Kelley. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam Era.
He worked as a machine mechanic for 15 years at Dave’s Market and 2 years at Horizon Foods.
In his spare time he enjoyed NASCAR, fishing and going on vacation.
He is survived by a daughter, Chelsea Texiera of Fairhaven and a niece. He was pre-deceased by one sister.
He will have visitation on Saturday, October 6, 2018 from 11am to 1pm with a memorial service from 1pm-2pm at the Rock Funeral Home, 1285 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford, MA. For directions/tributes:
