Mr. Gin was born in Guang Dong, China where he worked as a farmer. In 1987, he came to America and he worked as a presser in the garment industry.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Qi Ci Zhen and her husband Yong Ming Huang of Dartmouth and Qi Na Zhen and her husband Ya Hong Zhen of New Bedford; two sons, Kamyee Gin and his wife Qi Yun Li and Kamchiu Gin and his wife En Fen Li all of Dartmouth; a sister, Kim Chi Toy of Oakland, CA; nine grandchildren, Yanchang Huang, Winnie, Shirley and May Zhen, Kelly, Rachel, Nathan, Andy and Jason Gin; and many nieces and nephews.
His funeral service will be Saturday, October 3, 2015 at 8 am in the ROCK FUNERAL HOME, 1285 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford relatives and friends are invited. Burial will follow in River-Side Cemetery, Main St., Fairhaven. www.rock-funeralhome.com for online tribute/directions
