Teodosio "Teddy" Soto Cardona

Born in Carolina, Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Teodosio Soto Rivera and Ana Noelia Cardona. A dedicated and loving stay-at-home father, Teodosio, affectionately known as “Teddy” found his greatest joy in spending time with his family, especially his children and grandchildren.

A proud and passionate die hard New York Yankees fan, Teddy also had a deep love for salsa music and took great pleasure in cooking for his loved ones. Known for his mechanical skills and his role as the family’s “supervisor,” he was a true gear head who could fix just about anything and enjoyed lending a helping hand.

He is survived by his devoted wife Rosa and their eight children: Katherine Rodriguez and her husband Julio of NJ, Stefani Cruz and her husband Juan of KS, Valerie Soto of PA, Teddy Soto of NB, Kristhian Soto of PR, Andrea Garcia of NB, Mihosotis Soto of NB, and Ted Soto of NB. He also leaves behind ten cherished grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, eight siblings and many nieces and nephews.

Teddy will be remembered for his warm heart, vibrant spirit and unwavering love for his family.
