Albert B. Price, 82, of New Bern, died August 12, 2013 at home.
He served our country in the U.S. Army and he was a Purple Heart recipient during the Korean War. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Mr. Price is preceded in death by his sons, Roy and Joseph Hamilton.
He is survived by his wife Miriam Price, three sons, Ron Hamilton and wife Christine of Charlotte; David Price and wife Lisa of New Bern; and Christopher Price, of New Bern; one brother, George Price and wife Celeste, two sisters, Martha Linson and Linda Price, all of New Bern; four grandchildren, Amanda Price, Mason Hamilton, Melissa Hamilton, and Christopher Hamilton, and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 6:30 – 7:30 pm Thursday, August 15, 2013 at Cotten Funeral Home. Services will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, August 16, 2013 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at New Bern Memorial Cemetery.
