Cecil Lee Cahoon

Cecil was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He served his country in the United States Army. He also enjoyed spending time working on cars.

Cecil was preceded in death by his father, Oscar Cecil Cahoon and mother Margaret Cahoon, two infant children, daughter, Margaret Ann Cahoon, and brother, Jesse Paul Cahoon.

Cecil is survived by his wife, Eda Faye Bosley Cahoon; two sons, Cecil Lee Cahoon II and wife Pamela of Lexington, SC, and Larry Cahoon and wife Judith of NC; four daughters, Cathy Brewington and husband Douglas of Goldsboro, NC, and Carol Cahoon of New Bern, Jessie Pauline Cahoon of GA, and Mary Louise Eudy of NC; 11 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Monday, July 20, 2015 at 7:00pm, at Cotten Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, at 6:00pm.
